Built as c/n 11418, 69-15130 was originally operated by 68th Tactical Assault Helicopter Company.[2] Following it's US service, it was among the equipment passed to South Vietnam. Captured and operated by VPAF, the helicopter is currently displayed at the Ho Chi Minh Museum at Da Nang. [3]
