History[]

Believed to be operated by Fliegerstaffel der Fuhrers as GC+SJ/"8"/Albatross III,[2] for the personal use of Admiral Karl Donitz.[3] Following it's capture at Flensburg[4] on 6 May 1945,[1], this aircraft was designated Air Min 97, and flown by the RAF until it crashed at Schleswig on 28 Feb 1946,[4] ending up as a source of spare parts.[2]
