Originally operated by KG2 as U5+??.
Selected for evaluation in England after it's capture, the aircraft was briefly flown at Schleswig, as Air Min 107, on 24 and 25 August 1945, by Captain Eric Melrose Brown, RN, in his capacity as a test pilot for the RAE. Delivered to Farnborough, 56158 was used by Brown for handling trials on 18 October. Delivered to Brize Norton by Brown on 29 December 1945, 56158 was scrapped at Bovingdon, England, in December 1955.
