History[edit | edit source]
Built by Norddeutsche Dornier, Wismar, Werk Nr 930638 was assigned to I./S.G. 2, becoming ' White 43 + ', painted in the camouflage scheme of RLM 70/75/76, and with the yellow chevron wing marking.
Towards the end of 1944, the aircraft was captured by Yugoslavian partisans and, after being repainted as ' White 11 ', was put into Yugoslavian service in 1945, serving until 1946. After being retired, the aircraft was repainted in German colours, and remains of it are still in existence today, in the basement of the Air Force Museum at Surcin, Belgrade, Serbia.
